The Record Camera mode allows recording camera on your computer. You can refer to the detailed instructions to begin recording.

Sign in Account

To start with, please download and install Gemoo Recorder on your computer. Launch Gemoo Recorder on your computer. A window will be popped up to request you to sign in for Gemoo. Please enter your account and password to log in Gemoo Recorder.

1. If you are a new user, you need to create an account first. Click here to create the account.
2. If you forget your password, go to our Reset Password page type in the email address associated with your Gemoo account, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

Select Camera Only Mode and Initiate Recording.

After signing in to Gemoo Recorder, please select “Camera Only” recording mode. Hit the “Start Recording” button to initiate recording.

You can customize the settings before recording by referring to Configure Recording Settings guide. You can also set your camera bubble size and edit the camera effect as you preferred.

Wait for the Recording Countdown.

Once you are ready to start recording, it will pop out a countdown to help you prepare the recording.

If you would like to see a recording countdown before your recording starts, you can enable the countdown option. Or you can tap it off. Click here to know how to set the countdown option.

Record Your Video.

After a 3-second countdown, the recording will begin.

In the left sidebar, you can:

1View recording consuming time.
2Stop recording.
3Pause /resume recording.
4Restart recording.
5Delete recording.

Finish & Upload Recording.

Once the recording is done, you can hit the red “Stop” button to finish it.

The creation will be uploaded to Gemoo automatically. This step needs a stable network connection. Please make sure it is well-connected to the network.

If the uploading is successful, a page will open automatically in your browser. And you will see the page below.

To view or manage the recording created, please link to Gemoo Video guide.

Upload failed

If the network breaks down during the uploading process. A failed pop-up window will appear to ask to check the failed video. Then you can click the “View” button.

Now, all the failed-uploading recordings will be saved in the library on Gemoo Recorder. You can choose one to upload or upload all at once.

After uploading the recordings, you can manage them via the Gemoo Video Library option. Click here to know more about Gemoo Video Library.
