Archive is the place of safely preserving inactive topic/space that you no longer use on a regular basis for long-term retention.

There are two ways to archive.
1. There is a three-dot button that you can click behind the topic/space. Then select Archive from the options that appear.

After you choose to archive, there is a popup. Then you can click Yes to complete archive.

2. When you open a topic or space, you can click the downward button at the top and choose to archive the topic or space.
Another Way to Archive
This part helps you manage your Archives.
According to your demand, you can choose to show or hide Archive in the toolbar.
In the upper left corner of Gemoo, there is a Menu Bar Management button that you can set to hide or show Archive.

You can choose Show Archive, then Archive will be listed in the toolbar.

After showing Archive, if you want to hide it, you can select Hide Archive.

In the archive content interface, you can see three options: All, topic, space.

All: All topics and space have been archived.

Topic: All topics have been archived.

Space: All space has been archived.
There are two display forms: Grid (The left button) and List (The right button).
Display Form
You can deal with the archived contents, such us cancelling the archive or deleting the archive.
1. Unarchive
Choose Unarchive
You can unarchive the topic/space by clicking the button like the File.
2. Delete the archive
You can click the button like the trash to delete the archived topic/space. After that, the content will be transferred to Trash.
