Gemoo is to help you create and organize your ideas. After you create various wonderful ideas, you may want to share them with others (family, friends or colleagues). There are two ways of sharing your ideas with others – Public & Private Share. Different sharing ways will guarantee that they can to the content the way you want.

The Ways to Share

To suit your different needs, there are two ways of sharing the ideas you created in Gemoo with others, like Message, Card and Topic – Public & Private Share.

Public Share

Public Share allows you to share the content with others in public. They can access the shared contents with or without a password once they visit the link.

Public Share Via Link

Choose a message, topic, or space you created in Gemoo you want to share. Click Share button in the lower right corner of the file and enable the public sharing option.

You can choose whether the content is available via the link and whether to allow others to comment.

Embed Code

You can also embed your content to any website by copying and pasting the code. After clicking the Share button, you can see the Embed code option. Click the Click to copy the code button and paste the code to your website easily.

Private Share

Private Share allows you to share the contents with the ones you want to share. They can access the shared contents with the password.

Share with a Password

Choose a message/topic/space you created in Gemoo that you want to share. Click the Share option in the lower right corner of the file.

After choosing Share option, turn on “Access with a password” option to get a random password. Then click Copy Link option and share them with others.

If you don’t want to share it anymore, you can cancel it by turning off the Access via Links option.
