Trash is a place where you can put unwanted or undesired message/topic temporarily. To better manage the Trash, please read the article.

There is a three-dot button that you can click behind the message/topic. Then select Delete from the options that appear.

After you choose to delete, there is a popup. Then you can click Yes to complete Delete.

The files which are deleted can only be stored for 30 days.
According to your demand, you can choose to show or hide Trash in the toolbar.
In the upper left corner of Gemoo, there is a Menu Bar Management button that you can set to hide or show Trash.

You can choose Show Trash, then Trash will be listed in the toolbar.

After showing Trash, if you want to hide it, you can select Hide Trash.

In the Trash content interface, you can see four options: All, message, topic, space.

All: All messages, topics and space have been deleted.

Message: All messages have been deleted.

Topic: All topics have been deleted.

Space: All space has been deleted.
There are two display forms: Grid (The left button) and List (The right button)
Display Form
You can perform some operations on deleted content, such as permanently deleting and restoring the deleted content.
1. Permanently Delete
You can delete the files thoroughly by clicking the button like the Trash.

After this process, you cannot recover the deleted files.
2. Restore the deleted files
You can click the button like the refresh sign to restore the deleted files.
