Gemoo provides software services to help you enhance your video content. To use our services, you must follow the instructions on our website to download and register for an account.
Subject to these Terms, Gemoo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the software solely for the purpose of accessing and using our services.
When you register, Gemoo may collect certain information from you, including but not limited to your name, email address, birth date, gender, mailing address, occupation, industry, and personal interests. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and can edit your account information at any time.

By registering, you also consent to receive notifications and newsletters from us. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time; however, you will continue to receive important notifications related to your account, such as changes to policies or billing information.

You may use Gemoo only if you are capable of forming a legally binding contract with us and comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law) to use Gemoo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements. If you are under the legal age to form a binding contract, you confirm that you have received your parent or legal guardian’s consent to use Gemoo, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user who is under the legal age, you agree to these Terms and take full responsibility for the actions of that user.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software, nor attempt to bypass any security measures.
The “Gemoo” trademark is owned by us. Other trademarks, names, and logos that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Service, including the arrangement of such materials, are exclusively owned by Gemoo. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the prior written consent of the copyright holder or a valid license.
To access certain features of the Services, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, safeguarding your account details, and notifying us of any unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You may link your Gemoo account to third-party social media accounts (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). By doing so, you authorize us to access, store, and use content from those accounts in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disable the link at any time through the Service’s settings .
Our Services may utilize APIs from third-party providers. You agree that your use of these APIs is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers. For example, some features of our Services use the YouTube API, and by using these features, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
You may upload or share content through our Services, including text, files, documents, images, music, audio, and video (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it to our Services, you grant Gemoo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of our Services.
You expressly agree that this license includes the right for Gemoo to use your User Content, including your name, logo, or image, in marketing materials, case studies, and testimonials.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant Gemoo the above license. You warrant that your User Content will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You may delete your User Content at any time through the Services. However, certain copies of your content may remain on the Services for a commercially reasonable period of time.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Gemoo:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Transmitting viruses, worms, or other malicious software.
• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our interests.
Prices, promotions, and subscription fees for Gemoo’s services are subject to change without notice. Gemoo reserves the right to adjust subscription fees for paid plans at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You authorize Gemoo to charge your payment method for each renewal period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be granted for subsequent renewals, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. If you downgrade, you will retain access to your current subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
We accept various payment methods, which are subject to change. Unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Gemoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the services will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or uninterrupted. Additionally, we do not guarantee that the content you create using Gemoo will be unique or non-infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemoo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
You acknowledge that the templates and design elements provided by Gemoo are used by many users, and we cannot guarantee that your work will be unique or exclusive.
You agree to indemnify and hold Gemoo, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notifications within the service. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Gemoo may suspend your account if required by law, to prevent harm to the platform or users, or for repeated violations of these Terms. We will attempt to notify you before suspension when feasible.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Services. Upon termination, we may retain or delete any of your data for a commercially reasonable period of time.
All purchases are governed by the local laws of the country indicated on your billing statement. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the billing statement, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We integrate with third-party services to provide access to additional content and features. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services, including but not limited to:
