• What is your refund policy?

  You can contact us to ask for a refund for a one-time purchase plan within 30 days of purchase. No refund is available for a monthly plan or a yearly plan.

• Can I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?

  You can contact us to cancel your subscription at any time. A reminder email will also be sent before the renewal date, and you can cancel it by replying to that email as well.

• Can I switch between Windows and macOS with a subscription or a 1-computer plan?

  No. Whichever system you first activate the subscription plan or 1-computer plan on is the only system where you can use it.

• Can I use my license on different computers?

  Only the 5-computer plan allows for login on up to 5 computers and is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. Other plans only allow it to be used on 1 computer, whether a Windows or Mac computer.

• Is there any limitation on video duration?

  No, there’s no limit on video duration. But please note that the longer your video is, the more time it needs to render and export.

• Is there any limitation on the amount of videos and images that can be exported?

  No, there is no limit on the amount of exported videos and images. You can process as many files as you want.
