  • What’s the policy of usage and free updates for one-time purchased plans?

    With a one-time purchased plan, you can use a specific version of FocuSee forever, and enjoy free updates within this version. For example, if you purchase FocuSee Version 1, you can enjoy FocuSee V1, V1.1, V1.2 and till the last version within Version 1, but if you want to upgrade to Version 2, you may need to pay an additional lower-cost upgrade fee.

    Tips: If you are a new user of FocuSee, you may enjoy a major version upgrade for free within 90 days of purchase. For example, in case FocuSee upgrades to Version 2 within 90 days after the day you purchase Version 1, you are free of charge for such upgrade.

  • Is 30-day plan a subscription?

    No, it’s not a subscription and no auto-renewal. We will not charge you for another 30 days after your plan expires.

    Also, please note that one computer can only be bound with one 30-day plan during the period. In case you buy another 30-day plan before your current one expires, you can use it on another computer.

  • How can I activate my FocuSee?

    Please sign up and log into your account using the email you entered when purchasing your plan. Once logged in, your FocuSee is activated automatically.

  • When I get a new computer, is 1-computer plan transferable from my old computer to the new one?

    Yes, if you upgrade your computer, just contact us and we'll unbind your plan from your old computer, and then you can use it on the new one, regardless of the computer operating system.

  • My computer has both Windows and macOS. Can I switch between both systems with a 1-computer plan?

    No. Whichever system you first activate the 1-computer plan on is the only system where you can use it. If you need to use FocuSee on both systems, please purchase the 2-computer plan.

  • What’s your refund policy?

    You can contact us to ask for a refund for a one-time purchase plan within 30 days of purchase. No refund is available for a 30-day plan.

  • Is there an education discount?

    Yes. Please contact us to apply for an education discount. Available for students, teachers, and staff.

  • Can I try FocuSee before purchasing?

    Yes, FocuSee offers a free trial. You can explore all features, except interactive video and online sharing, and export one satisfied video in up to 4k locally on your computer with a watermark for free.
