• Can I try CapUp for free?

  Sure, CapUp is free to use. You can export up to 3 videos every month for free. Each video can be up to 1 minute and 30 seconds long, with a maximum file size of 200MB.

• Can I cancel my monthly and annual subscriptions?

  You can contact us to cancel your subscription at any time. A reminder email will also be sent before the renewal date, and you can cancel it by replying to that email as well.

• Can unused video credits be carried over to the next month?

  No, the unused video credits will expire if the plan does not renew.

• Do I need any professional skills to use CapUp?

  No, CapUp is user-friendly and designed for beginners, no professional skills are required. You just need to upload your video and it will generate dynamic captions automatically.

• What is your refund policy?

  Sorry, all of CapUp's plans are non-refundable.

• Can I use my account on different computers?

  Yes, your account can be used on any device without any restrictions.

• What will happen to the videos I have uploaded if I unsubscribe?

  If you decide to unsubscribe, videos you have uploaded to Dashboard will remain stored on our servers for up to 3 months. You will still be able to edit the videos, but you won't be able to export them unless you renew your subscription. If you do not renew your subscription within 3 months, all your videos will be permanently removed from our servers.
