Before diving into this new chapter, we have some essential details to share with you. Please take a moment to review the information below carefully, as it includes essential updates regarding your account and features.
To maintain seamless service and support, all FocuSee accounts and associated benefits will be transferred to iMobie. This migration enables us to provide a more tailored experience and ongoing improvements. If you’d prefer not to have your account migrated, please contact us before 2024/11/14, and we will retain your account information on the Gemoo platform without transferring it. This way, you can continue using the current version of FocuSee, though future updates from iMobie won’t be accessible. If, at any point in the future, you decide to migrate, feel free to contact the iMobie support team, and we’ll assist you with the transition.
For customers registered with Apple Account, please reach out to our customer support team for migration assistance.
We want to inform you of a change to the cloud-sharing feature: future versions of FocuSee under iMobie will no longer include direct upload functionality to Gemoo Cloud. However, rest assured that your purchased cloud storage and upload capabilities remain intact. You can still export videos from FocuSee and manually upload them to Gemoo Cloud to get shareable links and use interactive tools as before. Here’s our guide on how to upload.
Looking ahead, we’re actively exploring new options to enhance your experience. This may include adding the ability to upload to third-party services like Dropbox or Google Drive, or even developing a dedicated iMobie Cloud for FocuSee users.
